Training Programs

The Baltimore Road Runners Club offers Training Programs throughout the year.  These programs are targeted to the experience level of runners (i.e. beginner, intermediate) and are scheduled to prepare runners for a target race.

BRRC Training Programs are directed by RRCA-trained coaches who are members of the Club and runners themselves.  Other Club members help with the programs as volunteers.

If you are a new or experienced runner looking for a disciplined approach to training, we welcome your participation in our programs.  There is no cost to participate but Club membership is required.
