  Acknowledge Waiver NO! Acknowledge Waiver YES! CLUB MEMBERSHIP WAIVER: I know that running and/or volunteering to work club races is a potentially
hazardous activity. I should not enter and/or run in club activities unless I am medically able and properly trained. I
agree to abide by any decision of race officials relative to my ability to safely enter a race or run. I assume all risk
associated with running and/or volunteering in club sponsored events, including but not limited to falls, contact with other
participants, the effects of weather, road and traffic conditions, course difficulty, and terrain; all risk being know and
appreciated by me. Having read and understand the facts stated in this waiver and in considerations of acceptance of my application for membership, I , for myself, my heirs and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release the Road Runners Club of America, the Baltimore Road Runners Incorporated, and all sponsors their representatives and successors from all claims of liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in club activities even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of one or more parties in this waiver.
