1021 Dulaney Valley Road, Towson, MD 21204

This program is for new runners and walkers wanting instruction, information, and encouragement to get started with a healthy lifestyle addition or an enjoyable lifetime sport. The program goal is completion of a 5K to four mile race at the end of May or in June, such as the Women’s Distance Festival, Patterson Park Four Miler, or other local event.

The program meets at Goucher College two nights per week for six weeks. Guest speakers give presentations, questions are answered, and a group workout follows.

The program is included with regular membership. You can join BRRC online or mail an application with your payment.

Program coaches Tom Nasuta and Robin Goodwin will be joined by several assistant coaches this year, making for fun group workouts as well as a focused program. Groups will be adjusted to accommodate progressing and advanced beginners, in addition to novices.

If you have questions please email BRRCInfo@gmail.com.
