Next Event: Summer Track Series Meet #1
Wednesday, June 24, 2009 at 7:15 PM
note the late start time
Goucher College Track (map)
This is the first meet of the summer, with the following races planned: 1500m, 400m, 100m, 800m, 2 miles, 4x200m relay (tentative)
Due to sharing the track with the training group for the Baltimore Women’s Classic on 6/24, this meet will start late. We do not plan to hold separate children’s heats, as we often do if there is enough interest. It is also highly likely we may have to cancel some of the later events due to darkness. Please be flexible if you are interested in participating in this first meet.
Two dollars for BRRC members, six for non-members. Fee covers all races entered at the meet.

Please call the BRRC Hotline at 410-377-7327 after 6PM the night before any race for cancellations or changes!

BRRC holds group long runs on Saturday mornings throughout the year. There is no charge for this program. Visitors and non-members are welcome to participate.

The runs alternate between the NCR Trail and Loch Raven Reservoir, so flat and hilly courses are both covered. Occasionally the group will meet at other venues for variety, such as with other groups led by a BRRC member, supported runs on the Baltimore Marathon course, or at local races. Please check this website for the location on the day you plan to attend!

Distance and pace vary as runners with similar goals work together. Runners not targeting the marathon are welcome to run a shorter distance.

This year the program is being led by Ann Fraker and Bart Rein. If you have questions please email BRRCInfo@gmail.com.

    Baltimore Running Festival
    October 10, 2009

Corrigan Sports is continuing their "Club Thank You" program for the 2009 Baltimore Running Festival with a $5 discount for BRRC members signing up by 7/31 for any race except the Kids Fun Run.

Please use the code WERUNA1 when signing up.

This program offers additional benefits to BRRC if enough members race, such as web links publicizing the club, race entries we can give away, and reserved space in the finish area.

Outside of this program, BRRC members have a great time running the water stop near mile 12 of the marathon course. If you are not racing but still want to enjoy The Baltimore Running Festival, watch for announcements here about participating in this fun community activity.

If you have questions please email BRRCInfo@gmail.com.
